MSF Hospitality is a Texas-based commercial construction firm specializing in hotel development across the U.S. We seek a Project Manager to manage submittals, RFIs, documentation, and cross-team communication, and play a key role in field issue resolution. The role is ideal for an early-career construction manager ready to learn fast, grow responsibilities, and contribute to a high-performing team. This full‑time salaried position offers growth opportunities and requires candidates to be based in Texas with willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and standards.
- Coordinate project team meetings to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are within approved limits.
- Identify potential budget risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, budgets, schedules, and progress reports in SharePoint and Procore.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into project management processes.
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Procore and/or Bluebeam is a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally to remote job sites.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- A self‑starter with the ability to work independently and think on their feet.
- Full‑time position.
- Competitive salary at $85,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience.
