Role

The Executive & Equity Compensation Manager is responsible for administering CECO's equity compensation programs enterprise-wide while providing high-touch service to executives on their awards, ownership, and reporting obligations. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, this is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring both operational precision and the judgment to advise senior leaders on complex compensation matters.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executives on equity and compensation matters, proactively guiding them through the award lifecycle.
  • Administer all equity compensation programs (RSUs, PRSUs, ISOs, ESPP) across the enterprise, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Manage ESPP administration including enrollment, contribution changes, purchase processing, and participant communications.
  • Support preparation of proxy statement compensation disclosures, including CD&A data, Summary Compensation Table, and equity plan information.
  • Prepare equity plan reports and analyses, including burn rate, overhang, and utilization metrics to support leadership and Board reporting.
  • Support annual equity grant cycles, including modeling, communication, and Board/Committee materials preparation.
  • Coordinate with external partners including stock plan administrators, compensation consultants, legal counsel, and auditors.
  • Partner with payroll and finance on equity-related tax reporting and compliance, including W-2 reconciliation and ISO information returns.
  • Maintain equity plan records and ensure data integrity between HRIS, payroll, and stock plan systems.
  • Support M&A integration activities related to equity compensation, including plan conversions and new participant onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure operational continuity and audit readiness.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in equity compensation administration at a publicly traded company, preferably with global or multi-entity exposure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience providing direct support to executives or senior leaders on compensation and equity matters.
  • Hands-on experience administering multiple equity vehicles (RSUs, stock options, ESPP).
  • Experience with stock plan administration platforms (e.g., E

Licensing Or Certifications
  • Relevant certifications a plus (e.g., CEP, CECP) or willingness to pursue.
Travel Requirements
  • Minimal travel required (up to 10%), primarily for M&A integration activities or periodic executive and partner meetings.
