Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical General Superintendent for a position in our dynamic and fast‑paced construction team. This role is integral to the success of our projects and requires a candidate with a strong background in mechanical construction and leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the mechanical construction process, including HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
  • Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Coordinate daily jobsite activities, including scheduling and supervising staff, managing materials and equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Use problem‑solving skills to address and resolve project‑related issues.
  • Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections and correcting any deficiencies.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical construction.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership or superintendent experience.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
  • Proven ability to review drawings and coordinate daily jobsite activities.
  • Experience coordinating schedules to meet project timelines.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrated team leadership abilities.
  • Strong decision‑making skills.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in quality control.
