Learning and Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive continuous learning, operational excellence, and enabling maturity across our organization. This role is responsible for designing and facilitating learning sessions, enabling teams on enterprise tooling, and supporting teams in adopting best-in-class delivery practices.

• 3 years of experience facilitating learning sessions, training, or workshops for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data cleaning
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Jira Align in an enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, structures, and reporting
• Ability to create advanced Confluence pages utilizing macros, HTML/CSS, or custom templates

• Jira Align or Atlassian certifications
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar agile/project management credentials
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or large-scale delivery environments
• Background in technology, financial services, or large-matrix organizations
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into simple concepts
• Proven ability to coach teams, build relationships, and work collaboratively across organizations
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Design, lead, and facilitate engaging learning sessions, workshops, and recurring enablement forums for teams across the enterprise
• Develop learning materials, playbooks, job aids, and interactive content supporting project delivery and Dev Ex tools & practices
• Serve as a coach and facilitator for teams needing guidance on tooling and processes
• Provide hands-on guidance to teams on Jira Align for strategic planning, road mapping, work alignment, and portfolio visibility
• Assist with Jira board configuration, workflow optimization, and reporting to support efficient team operations
• Apply project management best practices, frameworks, and governance standards to help teams plan, execute, and monitor work effectively
• Build, manage, and maintain structured Confluence spaces, including coding pages using macros, templates, and advanced formatting
