IT Project Manager

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Lead - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Addison, TX, Chandler, AZ and Kennesaw, GA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating routines to support project delivery. The Project Manager acts as the subject matter expert to support delivery deadlines, governance routines, cross-project dependencies, and budget. The ideal candidate will plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, facilitate dependency and risk management, and ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders.

• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
• Support Enterprise Change Management Standards
• Provide program level status reporting and key control indicators
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline
• Gather and facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
• Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
• Support resource planning for delivery/execution

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of project management experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent experience
• Strong strategic thinker with proven ability to execute
• Superior communication skills, ability to navigate in a matrix management model and influence across multiple organization levels
• Strong relationship management and organizational skills along with the ability to identify and prioritize work load
• Experience with program management tools and techniques
• Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors, and internal technology groups
• Extensive experience of process & release management
• Knowledge of Agile and waterfall software delivery methodology
• Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications
• Process-oriented and able to navigate corporate policies and procedures
• Experience with JIRA, ALM, PCM, PPRT, NEXUS, etc
• Must be willing and able to work after hours when required to support multiple time zones

• PMP certification

$52.10 - $60.10 per hour
