Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Minimum of 10+ years of IBM Mainframe exposure using JCL, Cobol, DB2/IMS, EZETRIEVE/SAS, VSAM
• Good knowledge on MF file structures along with DB2 RDBMS.
• Exposure to sanitization or data masking techniques
• Experienced in working with IMS and DB2 databases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels
• Ability to work closely with Developers and Architects to strategize and drive solutions to complex requirements
• Familiarity with dataflow structure within a complex environment
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Live Meeting, and SharePoint skills)
• Strong Analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy
• Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with Agile project methodologies
• Experience with IBM Data Stage other ETL Tools.
