We are seeking a highly functional, technically strong ERP Finance & EDI Systems Analyst to support and optimize critical retail and financial systems. This role serves as a key liaison between Finance, Merchandising, and IT, ensuring data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and seamless integration across ERP and EDI environments.

• Serve as the primary functional and technical liaison for ERP finance and merchandising applications, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
• Provide high-level functional support for Accounts Payable, vendor invoice matching, payment reconciliation, purchasing, inventory, and transfer workflows.
• Manage and troubleshoot EDI transaction workflows (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, acknowledgments), ensuring accurate and timely processing across internal and external systems.
• Partner with ERP (D365 or similar) and integration teams to ensure accurate data flow between finance, merchandising, warehouse, and vendor systems.
• Leverage SQL to perform data validation, root‑cause analysis, reconciliation support, and reporting for financial and operational data.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations, workflow optimizations, and enhancement specifications.
• Coordinate ERP upgrades, regression testing, system configurations, and release documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities within financial and EDI workflows to improve processing accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity initiatives through strong controls and proactive issue resolution.
• Provide training and documentation to business users to ensure effective system adoption and process consistency.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting ERP finance and merchandising systems in a retail or distribution environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of:
  • Accounts Payable and vendor invoice reconciliation
  • Purchase order lifecycle
  • Inventory and transfer workflows
  • Vendor management processes
• Hands‑on experience supporting ERP platforms (D365 or similar).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting EDI workflows and system integrations.
• Understanding of integration concepts including APIs, ETL processes, middleware, and message‑based systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain modules preferred).
• Experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, or similar middleware.
• Exposure to cloud‑based ERP environments (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with financial reconciliation across ERP, EDI, and external vendor systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL or structured change‑management frameworks.

Estimated Min Rate: $100000.00

Estimated Max Rate: $130000.00
