Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Program Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, PMO, Project/Program Management, or Business Analyst roles supporting large‑scale initiatives.
- Advanced Jira expertise, including Advanced Roadmaps/Portfolio, dashboards, filters, JQL, and cross‑project reporting; strong Confluence experience.
- Proven ability to translate delivery data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience working in multi‑team environments (SAFe preferred).
- Demonstrated strength in root‑cause analysis and mitigation planning for delivery slippage, scope volatility, and dependency bottlenecks.
- Process‑oriented mindset with experience building governance artifacts and process diagrams (Visio or Lucidchart).
- Hands‑on experience with Gantt and milestone planning, scope control, and change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability for outcomes.
- Availability during core working hours at least three days per week to support program ceremonies and collaboration.
- SAFe certification; familiarity with Dev Ops and CI/CD concepts.
- Experience supporting hospitality platforms or large‑scale global implementations.
- Experience partnering with third‑party delivery vendors (Hotel Key experience a plus).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and basic SQL or data analysis experience
