We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in UI/UX-driven application development
. This role will lead end-to-end delivery of digital products, working closely with design, engineering, and product teams to ensure high-quality user experiences and successful project execution across the full SDLC.

The ideal candidate combines technical project leadership with a deep understanding of frontend technologies, design systems, and user-centered development processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application projects with a strong UI/UX focus
    .
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, product owners, and engineering teams
    .
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations across Agile environments.
  • Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and release planning.
  • Ensure design-to-development alignment and support implementation of design systems and UX best practices
    .
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including UI designers, frontend/backend engineers, QA, and Dev Ops.
  • Track delivery metrics, UX performance goals, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Support continuous improvement in user experience, accessibility, and usability practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Application Delivery.
  • Proven experience delivering UI/UX-focused web or mobile applications
    .
  • Experience working with design teams and tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or design systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
