Job Summary:

The Agile Technology Delivery Lead role is responsible for planning and coordinating project deliverables across multiple teams, ensuring that delivery meets client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)

• Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams

• Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline

• Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule

• Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements

• Supports resource planning for delivery and execution

• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

• Manage the financials and resource planning for the project/program.

• Provide input to define/improve the Change Management process for the projects and work streams.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Agile Scrum Experience and use of Jira/Confluence

• Technical Change Management (software/hardware deployments)

• Requires advanced understanding of the security business practices, and familiarity with the project management processes, controls and Enterprise Change Management standards

• Strong knowledge of financial services, cybersecurity products, services and technologies at a functional and data level.

• Cyber security policy, standards and project management process controls as well as other bank governance processes such as Permit to Operate, Cloud Governance, Data Transmission Registration, etc
