The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables for a larger program that requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating the target outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing visibility into the health of the program. The role ensures execution and delivery meet the client's expectations in terms of target outcomes, timeline, cost.

It also manages financials for the program, assists with resource planning, and facilitates sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners.

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver program deliverables across multiple organizations.
• Communicate target outcomes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and manage risks.
• Ensure compliance with standards and provide program health visibility.
• Manage program financials and support budget monitoring.
• Facilitate synchronization between business and technology leaders, Risk, and Compliance partners.

• Strong project management skills.
• Experience delivering software development projects.
• Experience managing Agile projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology/frameworks.
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• PMP and Scrum Master certifications a plus.
