OverviewWheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an ADP Workforce Now Implementation Project Manager for a contract role based in Addison, TX
. This position will focus on the configuration and implementation of the Onboarding and Recruitment modules within ADP Workforce Now for a growing, multi-state organization.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on configuration experience with ADP Workforce Now and can independently manage a full implementation project, from workflow design to testing and deployment. This role requires a self‑starter with strong technical and project management skills who can deliver results under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the configuration and implementation of ADP Workforce Now Onboarding and Recruitment modules
, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. - Partner with HR and IT teams to evaluate current processes and design efficient, automated workflows within ADP.
- Build and customize workflows, templates, and configuration packages to meet business needs.
- Define and assign user roles, access levels, and approval chains within ADP Workforce Now.
- Configure and manage multi‑state onboarding and recruiting processes to maintain consistency and compliance across 40+ states.
- Integrate background check vendor systems and related components into ADP.
- Manage project plans, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on‑time implementation within 60–85 days.
- Provide clear documentation, configuration notes, and training materials for HR stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support future expansion into Payroll and Time & Attendance modules.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation, and formulas) for reporting and data validation.
- 5+ years of HRIS or HCM implementation experience.
- 3+ years of full‑cycle ADP Workforce Now implementation experience, with a focus on Onboarding and Recruitment configuration
. - Proven expertise in workflow design, setup, and testing within ADP.
- Strong understanding of multi‑state setup
, compliance requirements, and tax configurations. - Hands‑on experience with background check vendor integrations
. - Advanced Excel proficiency — pivot tables, data mapping, formulas, and validation required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship or visa transfers).
- ADP certification or direct partnership experience with ADP implementation consultants.
- Familiarity with Talent or Talent Acquisition modules.
- Experience configuring Payroll and Time & Attendance modules.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required.
