Report directly to CEO. Own complete marketing function for both RCM services + SaaS software. Build scalable marketing engine that accelerates pipeline growth, drives enterprise client acquisition, and positions Plutus Health as a market leader in tech-enabled RCM.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS (Must Have) Enterprise ABM Experience- 10+ years B2B marketing leadership targeting healthcare enterprises
- Proven ABM program success with measurable pipeline
- Built and executed multi-touch ABM campaigns targeting C-suite + clinical decision-makers
- Experience with 12 month enterprise sales cycles involving 5-10 stakeholders Healthcare Industry Expertise
- RCM outsourcing services marketing (medical billing, coding, denial management)
- Healthcare SaaS go-to-market experience (EMR / EHR, practice management, billing software)
- Deep understanding of healthcare buyer personas : CFOs, CEO, PE backed board
- Experience marketing to CFOs and PE-backed healthcare organizations :
Ability to create ROI-focused messaging that resonates with financial decision-makers and boards focused on EBITDA improvement, operational efficiency, and portfolio optimization - Knowledge of HIPAA compliance in marketing operations
- Experience marketing to :
Multi-specialty practices, ABA therapy providers, behavioral health clinics, PE portfolio companies
- Hub Spot expert :
Deep experience building workflows, lead scoring, attribution reporting, and marketing automation in Hub Spot Marketing Hub - Full-funnel digital strategy : SEO, SEM, Linked In, programmatic display, retargeting
- Marketing automation expertise (Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Intent data platforms (6sense, Zoom Info, Bombora)
- Account-based advertising and personalization (Demandbase, Terminus, Mutiny)
- Leverage AI for scale and efficiency :
Experience using generative AI for content creation, personalization, campaign optimization - Marketing automation with AI :
Implementing predictive lead scoring, AI-driven email optimization, chatbots for lead qualification, dynamic website personalization - Proven track record reducing content creation time by 40%+ while maintaining quality through AI tools
- Trade show and event strategy : HFMA, CASP, BHB, ASCA conferences - booth design, sponsor ships, ROI tracking
- Brand positioning and messaging :
Competitive differentiation against market leaders - Thought leadership programs :
Whitepapers, industry reports, research studies, executive briefings - Customer engagement :
User conferences, customer advisory boards, reference programs, success stories - Analyst relations :
Engaging KLAS, Black Book, Gartner to build market credibility
- Built marketing function from scratch at growth-stage company ($50M-$100M revenue)
- Managed marketing budgets $ 3M+ with strong ROI discipline
- Led teams of 5-10+ (internal + agencies)
