We are seeking an accomplished Director of EVS Sales to serve as Jani-King’s healthcare industry subject matter expert. In this role, you will identify and secure Environmental Services (EVS) opportunities within medical and healthcare facilities, lead proposal development, and provide training and operational guidance to ensure service excellence. You will be the go-to resource for EVS expertise, helping our franchise owners succeed in this highly regulated, specialized market.

Based at our Corporate Office in Addison, Texas, the Director of EVS Sales plays a pivotal role in expanding Jani-King’s footprint in the healthcare sector. This highly visible position combines strategic sales leadership, in-depth industry expertise, and hands-on client engagement to drive growth in Environmental Services (EVS). You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new healthcare EVS opportunities, developing competitive proposals, and supporting franchise owners through account start-up and ongoing service delivery.

In addition to building business relationships with hospital systems, clinics, and other healthcare facilities, you will ensure all EVS programs meet the strict regulatory requirements of the healthcare industry. This includes overseeing training on compliance protocols, infection prevention measures, and operational best practices. Success in this role requires a blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and the ability to lead others in delivering exceptional service in a complex and demanding market.

• Drive EVS Business Development
  :
  Identify, research, and pursue new Environmental Services (EVS) opportunities within hospitals, medical centers, outpatient clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers to position Jani-King as the preferred EVS provider.
• Lead Proposal & Bid Development
  :
  Oversee the creation of customized, competitive proposals for healthcare EVS contracts. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure bids are comprehensive, cost-effective, and aligned with client requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct Facility Assessments
  :
  Perform detailed site visits and walkthroughs to evaluate facility needs, recommend solutions, and scope service requirements for accurate pricing and resourcing.
• Champion Healthcare Compliance
  :
  Ensure all EVS programs adhere to strict healthcare regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid, OSHA, EPA, TJC, HIPAA, and state health department requirements. Provide ongoing updates to franchise owners on regulatory changes and compliance best practices.
• Deliver Training & Onboarding
  :
  Design and deliver EVS-specific training for franchise owners and staff, covering infection prevention, sanitation protocols, safety procedures, and specialized floor care techniques. Provide hands-on coaching during account start-ups and transitions.
• Oversee Account Start-Ups
  :
  Lead implementation plans for new healthcare accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, staffing, supply chain coordination, and operational readiness from day one.
