Responsibilities- Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
- Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals with a lively sales approach and magnetic personality.
- Member engagement and follow-up communication.
- Building and equipment maintenance and safety.
- Membership sales (club and individual, including services, products, programs).
- Membership billing.
- Customer service – friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution.
- Information hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.).
- Takes ownership of results.
- Fights hard to win.
- Adapts quickly to various situations.
- Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
- Team player willing to jump into any task and get it done.
- Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
- Is extremely organized.
- Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail while producing accurate, high‑quality work.
- Comfortable with computer/technology, can shift focus quickly, and has good phone etiquette and math skills.
Must successfully pass a background check.
Work Schedule20 hours a week; must work every Thursday and at least one weekend day.
CompensationHourly Pay Range: $10–$11 USD
