Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow-up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals with a lively sales approach and magnetic personality.
• Member engagement and follow-up communication.
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Membership sales (club and individual, including services, products, programs).
• Membership billing.
• Customer service – friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution.
• Information hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.).

• Takes ownership of results.
• Fights hard to win.
• Adapts quickly to various situations.
• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
• Team player willing to jump into any task and get it done.
• Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Is extremely organized.
• Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate, high‑quality work.
• Comfortable with computer/technology, can shift focus quickly, and has good phone etiquette and math skills.

Must successfully pass a background check.

20 hours a week; must work every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

Hourly Pay Range: $10–$11 USD
