Reporting to the Pricing Manager, this role plays a hands‑on part in shaping pricing strategy, improving margin performance, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. You'll leverage strong analytical skills, commercial insight, and cross‑functional collaboration to help influence key financial outcomes.

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions
• Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Lead pricing model development and scenario analysis for new and existing products
• Present pricing recommendations and insights to senior leadership
• Support go‑to‑market with client presentations to secure new business
• Lead competitive benchmarking and market intelligence efforts to inform pricing decisions

• Cultivate strong business partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and contributing to the formulation of strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial management

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with a strategic mindset
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
• High integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to operate independently with minimal direction and to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required;
  Masters/MBA is preferred
• 3+ years of progressive experience in pricing, financial analysis, FP&A, or strategy within a data‑driven environment
• Experience in a matrixed organization

• Proven success in fast‑paced, high‑growth work environments
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience using Power BI for reporting and analytics

• Hybrid Work Arrangement:
  This role may be performed remotely from anywhere in the US with reliable high‑speed internet. However, strong preference is given to candidates within commuting distance of our Addison, TX office for occasional on‑site meetings. Travel may be required.
