Job Title: New Business Case Manager

Location: Addison, TX

Compensation: $17 / Hour

Type of Employment: Contract-to-Hire

Job Description :

Addison Group is seeking New Business Case Managers for our client in the insurance industry located in Addison, TX. This role is onsite and plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of life insurance applications. You'll act as a liaison between independent agents, internal departments, and insurance carriers, making sure all documentation is complete and processed efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing life insurance applications for accuracy and completeness
Communicating with agents via phone and email to collect missing information
Entering application data into internal systems using multiple monitors
Submitting completed paperwork to insurance carriers
Monitoring the progress of applications and ensuring deadlines are met
Providing clear, professional customer service and internal communication
Supporting team goals and contributing to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

1+ years of administrative or operational experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Prior experience in life insurance or financial services industry is a plus
