You will work directly with me to manage communications, organize and maintain our CRM, build repeatable workflows, and help execute hyper‑local marketing initiatives. - $60,000–$70,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Performance bonuses tied to lead conversion and marketing initiatives

- MLS familiarity
- Email marketing experience
- Canva or basic design skills
- Operations or project management background

- Manage and organize CRM and lead pipeline systems (Lofty platform)
- Capture, tag, and track all inbound leads from open houses, online inquiries, and referrals
- Develop and maintain follow‑up workflows to prevent lead loss
- Manage communication flow (email filtering, call tracking, daily executive summaries)
- Coordinate hyper‑local marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, content distribution)
- Implement and track systems for expired/canceled listing outreach
- Document and maintain operational procedures (SOPs) for consistency and growth
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Real estate experience strongly preferred
- CRM experience required (real estate CRM a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable building systems and documenting processes
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Calm, confident, and able to manage a fast‑paced environment
