- Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of senior leaders, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency.
- Facilitate seamless communication between senior leadership and internal teams, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations, ensuring all information is accurate and readily available.
- Act as a liaison between senior leadership and external partners, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and initiatives, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and office supplies, ensuring smooth operations and cost-effectiveness.
- Experience in supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless operations and communication.
- Ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks effectively, optimizing leaders' time and focus.
- Strong organizational skills to prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience in acting as a liaison with external partners, maintaining professional relationships, and communicating effectively.

Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
