Delivery Driver – Parts Authority
We have immediate career opportunities for Delivery Drivers in our rapidly expanding Division. Our Drivers are the company representatives that interact with clients daily and must have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
- Take and follow directions from dispatcher, adhere to assigned routes, follow time schedules, and use navigation apps to deliver on time.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles without interfering with customer operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints professionally.
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Accept payments, prepare invoices and reports, reconcile debts and credits, and handle all moneys collected.
- Complete daily maintenance checks on company delivery vehicles and notify manager of any issues.
- Assist in any store or warehouse duties (stocking, parts pulling, etc.) as assigned.
- Maintain and promote workplace safety.
- Secure and transfer cash or other assets.
- Current, valid driver’s license.
- Must meet company insurance requirements (drivers must be 21 years old or over).
- Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
- Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (75 pounds for Auto Body Parts Collision Drivers).
- Ability to manage, track and account for money transactions and reconcile customer credit and debt balances.
- Ability to use a tablet and/or mobile device for navigation, route optimization, tracking, and customer interface/signature capture.
- Exceptional customer and verbal communication skills with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Ability to take directions and work well with others as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed preferred.
- Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.
- Must meet all of the above minimum requirements to be eligible to drive for Parts Authority.
