Responsibilities

Every member of our organization contributes meaningfully to our collective success. As we continue our aggressive expansion, we're seeking a driven, self‑directed professional to join us as a Territory Sales Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

Revenue Development & Market Expansion

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives
  • Prospect for and develop new business opportunities
  • Design and implement territory‑specific market development strategies
  • Acquire and onboard new commercial customer accounts

Client Partnership & Satisfaction

  • Cultivate long‑term customer loyalty and retention
  • Monitor and elevate service delivery standards
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with automotive shop proprietors

People Management & Development

  • Inspire and guide Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives
  • Drive team performance toward established objectives
  • Enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Ensure alignment from initial sale through final product delivery

Strategic Planning & Account Management

  • Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis
  • Develop and execute targeted business action plans
  • Oversee relationships with high‑value strategic accounts

Compliance & Workplace Standards

  • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Support loss prevention initiatives
  • Promote and ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales in a highly competitive market, with a focus on wholesale auto parts, particularly in the aftermarket industry. Previous success in a similar individual contributor role is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in prospecting new business and closing sales, with a track record of engaging with installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships considered a plus.
  • Formal education in sales or a technical‑related area is highly desirable.
  • Possesses excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong time management abilities with the capacity to multitask are advantageous.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from a manager to accomplish objectives.
  • Requires an individual with an outgoing and assertive personality, showing initiative, proactivity, a positive outlook, and a "can‑do/seize‑the‑day" attitude.
  • Results‑focused, productive, and committed to personal and professional growth within our growing Parts Authority family.
  • Proficient in Google Applications and some Microsoft Office products like Word and Excel.
