CPGIO is seeking an Account Manager and Growth Specialist to strengthen clients' marketplace presence and drive revenues across two major channels:
Tik Tok Shop and Amazon. Your main job function would be to work with world-class brands, support their strategies, and deliver results for their business. On a daily basis, you will communicate with client/brand stakeholders to ensure that our internal and external marketing and inventory functions are aligned. You will present data externally and internally. We’re looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This role supports a fast-moving environment focused on rapid testing, clean execution, and scaling products through content-driven growth. If you have hands-on experience managing Tik Tok Shop and optimizing Amazon listings, we want to hear from you.
- Proactively updating and optimizing Tik Tok Shop listings for compliance and scalability.
- Build, manage, and grow a high-performing creator affiliate network that drives daily sales.
- Set competitive commission structures based on product margins and marketplace benchmarks.
- Lead creator outreach, onboarding, relations, and daily communication.
- Develop and maintain posting schedules, product pushes, and creator content pipelines.
- Analyze creator performance to identify winning angles, hooks, offers, and content formats.
- Collaborate with the internal creative team and AI content team to maintain consistent content output.
- Audit Amazon listings and identify immediate improvements for visibility, ranking, and conversion.
- Rewrite titles, bullet points, and product descriptions for clarity, SEO strength, and conversion.
- Improve listing imagery using AI-generated visuals or creative direction.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and category benchmarking.
- Monitor listing health, Buy Box performance, ranking trends, and compliance.
- Support improvements to A+ Content and overall marketplace branding consistency.
- Ability to manage growth and media strategies for world-class brands.
- Hands-on experience managing Tik Tok Shop listings and driving conversions through creators.
- Strong understanding of Tik Tok’s native commerce algorithms and affiliate ecosystem.
- Experience in creator outreach, communication, and campaign coordination.
- Ability to analyze creator output and adjust strategy quickly.
- Support the brand's growth and scale across Amazon’s selling methods.
- Optimize Amazon listings for ranking and conversion.
- Strong listing copywriting skills and SEO knowledge.
- Keyword research and competitor benchmarking experience.
- Comfortable directing or refining product imagery (AI tools or creative teams)
- Ability to learn in a changing environment.
- Fast, efficient execution with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in rapid test-and-iterate environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketplace and performance analytics.
- Experience with consumer goods, CPG, novelty items, or impulse-buy products is a plus.
