As the Kitting Supervisor you will focus on managing pre-pack, kitting, inventory c ontrol and specialized fulfil lment teams within the F ulfillment Center . In this role, you will keep material flowing safely, accurately and quickly in and out of our facility. You will supervise a team of Kitting Associates and will drive safety initiatives, work to maximize productivity and quality within their team, and assure that all of our customer orders are fulfilled each day.
ATypical Day
- You’ll be develop ing standardized internal processes to address individual items, classes of items, and improve overall storage and fulfillment operations.
- You ’ll execute processes developed by the Manager of DC Operations, to kit/assemble/pack items prior to storage to support effective inventory management and order fulfillment capabilities
- You ’ll pr ovide accurate data to identify unique issues and changes and create reports to improve workflow
- You’ll be responsible for the continued development, training and coaching of the Kitting team
- You are the “go-to” team member who consistently exceeds productivity metrics
- You can work the hours of 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Monday through Friday and are able to work Saturday as needed
- You have 2 years supervisory experience within an operations role and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access
- You are data driven and rely on your analytic skills to problem solve and think “outside the box”
- You possess the ability to lead teams, develop people, and are able to work under pressure
- You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 4 0lbs unassisted

The salary range for this role is $62,320.50 – $ 76,169.50 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company.
In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
