We are seeking an energetic and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Addison, IL
. In this role, you’ll drive recruitment efforts for our Industrial Sales teams
, partnering closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent. You’ll be part of a high-performing recruiting team that plays a visible, strategic role in the company’s success.

Please note this role is ONSITE in Addison, IL

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of recruiting experience
  , ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn and effectively use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• A hunter mentality with a competitive drive for success both individually and as part of a team

• Bachelors degree
• Prior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals in a similar industry is highly preferred!
• Previous agency / headhunter recruiting experience is a great plus!
• Experience recruiting in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution settings
• Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Zoom Info
  , or similar platforms
• Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance within recruiting
