Sr. Corporate Recruiter - Industrial Sales

We provide customers with products and solutions within Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, General Industrial Components, and Industrial Service & Repair.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Addison, IL. In this role, you’ll drive recruitment efforts for our Industrial Sales teams, partnering closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent. You’ll be part of a high-performing recruiting team that plays a visible, strategic role in the company’s success.

Please note this role is ONSITE in Addison, IL

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn and effectively use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• A hunter mentality with a competitive drive for success—both individually and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Prior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals in a similar industry is a highly preferred!
• Previous agency / headhunter recruiting experience is a great plus!
• Experience recruiting in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution settings
• Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Zoom Info, or similar platforms
• Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance within recruiting
