We are seeking an energetic and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Addison, IL
. In this role, you’ll drive recruitment efforts for our Industrial Sales teams
, partnering closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent. You’ll be part of a high‑performing recruiting team that plays a visible, strategic role in the company’s success.
Please note this role is ONSITE in Addison, IL
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of recruiting experience
, ideally in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn and effectively use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- A hunter mentality with a competitive drive for success—both individually and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals in a similar industry is a highly preferred!
- Previous agency / headhunter recruiting experience is a great plus!
- Experience recruiting in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution settings
- Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Zoom Info
, or similar platforms - Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance within recruiting

$60,000 - $80,000 a year
