Compensation

$85,000 – $90,000/year + Discretionary Bonus

Confidential company is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee weekly payroll operations. This is a full‑time, on‑site position reporting directly to the President, with day‑to‑day collaboration with the Controller. The ideal candidate will have strong union payroll experience, hands‑on Quick Books knowledge, and a proven ability to manage accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing from end to end.

• Manage end‑to‑end weekly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Review, validate, and reconcile payroll data across systems and records.
• Prepare payroll journals, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure proper accounting treatment and accurate general ledger entries.
• Coordinate with external partners to resolve payroll discrepancies and support audits, filings, and other reporting requirements.
• Implement, refine, and enhance payroll processes, controls, and system configurations to improve accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Proficiency with Quick Books (highly preferred).

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
