Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We're seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical projects from initiation through completion. This role will oversee industrial electrical work, including manufacturing-based and engineered-to-order electrical projects.

• Manage electrical and construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Lead engineered-to-order electrical projects, coordinating design, procurement, manufacturing, and field execution
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure specifications, drawings, and production timelines align with project schedules
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate with estimators, field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of project management experience in electrical construction and/or manufacturing environments
• Experience managing custom, engineered-to-order electrical systems or panel builds
• Strong understanding of production schedules, supply chain coordination, and field installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
