We are launching a flexible packaging distribution offering to complement our core business and support long-term growth. If you enjoy building supplier networks, opening new logos, and creating repeatable playbooks, this role is for you.

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for flexible packaging in target verticals such as food and beverage, personal care, nutraceuticals, and industrial
• Source and negotiate with converters and film suppliers to ensure sustainability credentials and service level expectations
• Drive new customer acquisition and account expansion through full-cycle sales
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and collateral; align with operations on forecasting and service
• Maintain clean CRM data and deliver accurate quarterly forecasts within ±10%

• Qualified converters and film suppliers to support more than 90% of target SKUs
• A well‑managed pipeline with complete CRM data and proactive engagement at every stage
• New customer wins that demonstrate repeat order behavior and durable margins

• 3–6 years in packaging sales or business development; flexible packaging experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation and supplier sourcing skills
• Proven ability to manage pricing and margins effectively
• Comfortable building a book from zero with strong CRM discipline
• Willing to travel as needed (25–35%)

• Base salary: $75,000-$85,000
• Quarterly sales incentives on new business gross profit with margin guardrails

$115,000–$135,000 when goals are met. Additional upside as division grows.
