Essential Duties &

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to customers and internal teams. Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments—including engineering, production, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics—to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with team members to resolve project issues, eliminate bottlenecks, and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Proactively identify risk and develop and execute action plans to mitigate risk.
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities.
  • Monitors task completion status to identify at‑risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans.
  • Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.
  • Implement standardized processes and best practices across operations.
  • Track project progress, prepare ROI analyses, and present performance results to leadership.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor project performance.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support organizational transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture through engagement, collaboration, and influence.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Strong background in manufacturing
  • Proven track record of leading cost‑reduction and efficiency‑improvement projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential.
  • Experience managing customer‑facing manufacturing or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
