• Achieve top‑line sales targets by selling DEWALT, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTER CABLE brands to end‑user customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end‑user partners, manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
• Teach and mentor the local market team on the End‑User development process, including trade associations, safety personnel, engineers, and purchasing.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Maintain use of  as a CRM and planning tool, and communicate successes and failures in a timely fashion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred; construction field experience may substitute.
• 3+ years of sales or marketing experience for construction supplies, with a proven track record selling to high‑level executives and job‑site directors.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to meld empathy with determination to achieve outstanding results.
• Valid driver’s license and physical ability to travel up to 50% within territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
