Onsite Role

Role: The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing support to end users on a variety of issues. It is a combination position of Help Desk Support and PC Maintenance.

• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
• Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.
• Support and maintain user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
• Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
• Document, track, and monitor the problem in the Help Desk system to ensure a timely resolution and knowledge article information.
• Participate in rotating On Call schedule supporting weekend and after-hours incidents.

• 2+ years of system administration experience, database, or network administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Server products (such as Windows Server, Sharepoint, SQL Server, IIS, DFS etc.) and administrative applications.
• General working knowledge of applications such as:
  Oracle RDMS, Linux, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Azure as well as Networking, Switches, Firewalls, and IP phone systems a plus
• Knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware and networking protocols
