. This entry‑level position is in high demand and offers the chance to help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self‑help skills through play‑based therapy known as applied behavior analysis (ABA).

• Support children with autism using ABA techniques and play‑based interventions.
• Assist in skill acquisition and assist families in reinforcing progress.
• Work with children aged 1–22 years in homes or at one of our centers.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation;
  Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle preferred.
• Schedule:
  
  Part‑time M‑F 3pm‑7pm or Full‑time 8am‑6pm/9am‑7pm.
• Minimum age 18 (on or before first day of employment).
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Availability for consistent weekly schedule (mornings, afternoons, evenings).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Optional: bilingual English/Spanish, related field study or experience with childcare.
• Optional: experience as babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or similar.
• Optional: experience in behavior analysis, occupational therapy, speech‑language pathology, counseling, mental health, parenting support.

• If you work full‑time, earn up to 15 days of paid time off after 90 days.
• If you work part‑time, you are eligible for sick leave.
• Earn starting pay at $22/hr and above with experience.
• Become eligible to earn (RBT) certification.
