Surveillance Services Officer

We are currently looking for a Full Time Surveillance Services Officer to join our Surveillance Services team located at the Commerce Administration Building.

Summary:

Ensures the safety of tribal assets through constant observation of all assigned areas. The Services Surveillance staff aides Security in their duties and reporting as well as monitor a multitude of Surveillance systems for any potential threats to the Chickasaw Nation and its assets. In addition, this staff is to aide Lighthorse as well as Emergency Management through the monitoring of systems and necessary communication to keep the Chickasaw Nation safe.

Responsibilities:

* Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information

* Handles routine customer complaints and incidents, exhibiting the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel

* Maintains knowledge of and enforce all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.

* Prepares incidents reports

* Monitors and ensures the safety of guests, employees and tribal assets through constant patrol and observation of all assigned areas and reporting activities in accordance with departmental guidelines

* Monitors and maintains control of facility access points and permitted areas of entry and responds to sounding alarms ensuring the safety of employees, guest and tribal assets

* Follows guidelines to protect guests and employees in emergency situations such as inclement weather, fire, active shooter, etc.

* Communicates via radio per division and position protocols

* Ensures emergency preparedness of security function at assigned location(s)

* Prepares reports as needed or requested

* Prepares daily reports

* Provides protection for individuals within the Chickasaw Nation properties, trust land and or restricted land allotments

* Dispatch all facility personnel to include but not limited to Lighthorse Police, emergency medical, and local fire department as requested by the security or management team

* Performs all other duties as assigned

* Basic Computer skills

* Must be flexible and be able to adapt to last minute changes

* Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products

* Accurately type 25 words per minute

Experience:

* 1 year directly related experience

Education:

* High School, GED or Equivalent

Credentials:

* Standard Driver's License

* Pass general background check

* Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
