To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Completion of hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services, and relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS) within the required timeframe.
