Job Summary Department Financial, Billing and Accounting Coordinator Medication Assistance Program Coordinator Department Scheduling Coordinator Pharmacy Supply Procurement Coordinator Onboarding Coordinator Pharmacy Department Administrative Support Provides departmental clerical support Assist pharmacy leadership with personnel management Qualifications Education Requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED. Prefer education in secretarial skills as provided through trade school or vocational technical program. Prefer course work in Windows based Excel and Word.
Licensure/Certification /Registration/Professional Designation Pharmacy Technician permit preferred. Experience Five (5) years of secretarial experience required.
Experience with Word and Excel or similar software programs required. Must demonstrate leadership characteristics. Able to coordinate and manage departmental projects.
