Mercy Hospital Ada – Hospitalist
Mercy Hospital Ada is seeking a BC/BE Hospitalist to join our team in Ada, Oklahoma. Work alongside an expert team of care professionals who genuinely care for one another and share your passion for providing compassionate, patient‑centered care.
Compensation & Benefits- $100,000 incentive bonus
- Shift‑based compensation model with night pay differential

- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible Schedule & Workload
- 7‑on/7‑off schedule (182 shifts a year)
- Days: 7 AM – 7 PM
- Nights: 7 PM – 7 AM – rotations within hospitalist group (1:8)
- Basic ICU experience (vent management, intubation, etc.)
- /7 monitoring by Mercy Virtual Care Center
- BC/BE Hospitalist or equivalent
- Comfort managing ICU patients
- Willing to rotate nights within hospitalist group
- Eligible for H1‑B and J‑1 waiver (Conrad 30)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
