Regional CDL-A Truck Driver – TA Dedicated

TA Dedicated is hiring CDL-A Solo and Team Flex Drivers to join our dedicated division. This regional position involves delivering after-market automotive parts to dealerships. Flex drivers play a critical role by filling in when other drivers are out due to vacation, illness, or other needs. Depending on the assignment, you may run approximately 2,000 miles per week for solo routes or up to 4,000 miles per week on team runs.

This is a Monday through Friday position with consistent weekly home time.

• $78,000 – $87,000 yearly earnings
• $1,550 guaranteed weekly minimum
• $500 New hire transition bonus paid in full on second paycheck

• $250 per day for two-day paid orientation

Drive regional routes delivering automotive parts to dealerships, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining a safe driving record. Operate tractor‑trailer equipment, perform tight backing maneuvers at dealerships, and cooperate with team drivers in multi‑vehicle runs as required.

• Minimum 21 years old
• 12 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience plus 3 months verifiable team experience in the last 3 years
• Must be comfortable teaming
• Tight backing maneuvers required at dealerships
• Valid CDL-A
• DOT qualified
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test
• Satisfactory safety and employment history
