Entry Level Outside Sales Representative

Waste Connections is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our residential services team based at our site in Acworth and the territory will be in Cobb County
!

What You’ll Do:

• Walk door-to-door in residential neighborhoods to introduce our waste and recycling services

• Talk with homeowners and small businesses to understand their needs and offer solutions

• Share pricing and service benefits in a clear, friendly way

• Build relationships and handle questions or concerns with confidence

• Track your progress using simple CRM tools

• Work toward weekly and monthly goals with support from your team

• Represent Waste Connections with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Motivation to learn and grow in a sales career

• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Comfortable being outdoors and walking for extended periods

• High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus, but not required)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train you!
