Job Title: Commercial Account Associate (Front Load & Roll-Off Services)

Location: Austell, GA (Hybrid – Office & Field)

Job Type: Full-Time

Learn Sales & Customer Communication

• Talk with local businesses about trash and recycling services
• Help customers choose the right container size and service schedule
• Assist with quotes, service changes, and account setup
• Support outside sales reps with site visits and customer follow-ups
• Build real sales skills like negotiation, relationship building, and closing

Get Real Office & Business Experience

• Enter customer and service information into our systems
• Help with billing updates, payments, and invoicing
• Answer phones and emails and help solve customer questions
• Assist with tracking containers and service requests
• Learn how operations, dispatch, and sales work together

Grow With the Team

• Work closely with experienced sales, dispatch, and operations leaders
• Learn how a growing company runs behind the scenes
• Take on more responsibility as you grow and prove yourself
• Build skills that transfer into sales, operations, or leadership roles

• Someone aged 18–25 looking to start a career, not just punch a clock
• Recent grads or people with 1–3 years of work experience
• People who enjoy talking to customers and solving problems
• Someone who wants stability, training, and growth
• Anyone interested in sales, operations, or business development

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, office work, or similar
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
• Valid driver’s license (for occasional site visits)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a post-offer drug screen

• Sales or customer-facing experience
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
• Interest in business, sales, logistics, or operations

• Paid training — no waste industry experience required
