Staples is hiring a Retail Sales Travel Specialist to engage customers with travel services and products. The role will assist customers through TSA Precheck, passport photos, and other travel services. Hiring is immediate and training provided.

• Engage customers with comprehensive travel solutions and product sales.
• Greet all customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience.
• Verify customer identity, scan documents, take passport photos, and complete biometric capture.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment used for fingerprinting and retail transactions.
• Support other store areas during the 8–10 week onboarding period and be flexible to perform other duties as needed.

• 18 years of age or older and U.S. citizen.
• Flexible schedule; generally more consistent hours.
• 1+ year customer‑service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
• Honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Physical ability to lift 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand or walk continuously.
