About the Role We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our established mental health practice. This contract role is ideal for a confident, independent prescriber with strong medication management skills and experience providing evidence-based psychiatric care.

• Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum of 2+ years of psychiatric medication management experience
• Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults preferred
• Strong diagnostic, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the supervising physician and care team
• Active professional malpractice insurance (required)

• $70 per hour for face-to-face patient time
• Consistent weekday patient volume
• Flexible weekday scheduling
• No weekends and no on-call responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Provide ongoing medication management
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based mental health care

• Monday–Friday schedule only
