• The Office Manager I (OM I) plays an integral role within the Well Star Health System as a leader that integrates patient experience, operational effectiveness, cultural integration, and system outcomes.
• As a member of the Well Star Medical Group, the OM I is directly responsible for the overall office operations including directing daily clinical and business functions.
• The OM I will plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day operations of a Well Star Medical Group practice.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies associated with Well Star Health System and Well Star Medical Group.

• Required Minimum Education
  :
  Associates General or Bachelors General (Preferred)
• Required Minimum Experience
  :
• Minimum 2 years of management experience is Required, or
• Completion of Wellstar Administrative Fellowship is Required, or
• Minimum 4 years of management experience in lieu of a degree Required
