We are seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to join our health care agency team. In this role, you will support clinical staff by preparing patient documentation, coordinating care activities, and assisting with routine clinical and administrative tasks across our services. Responsibilities include organizing charts and records prior to patient interactions, tracking tests and lab results to ensure timely reporting, and communicating updates to patients as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about the health care field, and prior experience working within a health care agency or clinical environment.

• Prepare for the patient visit, including pulling charts and notes
• Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs
• handle basic medical office duties

• BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
