We are seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor who thrives in a lender-style, high-performance environment and understands what it takes to move files from contract to close efficiently and cleanly.

This role is ideal for a seasoned processor who:

• Takes ownership of their pipeline
• Works with urgency and precision
• Anticipates underwriting conditions before they happen
• Communicates clearly and confidently with borrowers, Realtors, LOs, and underwriters

• Own the file from contract to closing with accuracy and urgency
• Serve as primary point of contact for borrowers, Realtors, Loan Officers, and underwriting
• Analyze and verify income, assets, credit, insurance, VOEs, tax transcripts, title, condo documents, and supporting documentation
• Structure and prepare complete, clean loan packages for underwriting
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before submission
• Manage pipeline deadlines and ensure compliance at every stage
• Maintain detailed documentation and transparency in the LOS
• Follow up on all third-party documentation to protect closing dates
• Deliver a calm, positive borrower experience throughout the process
• Handle 30 day closes with grace, accuracy, precision, and timeliness

• 5+ years of current mortgage processing experience (Senior-level preferred)
• Experience working within a lender model environment
• Strong understanding of loan structuring, AUS findings, credit, income, and asset analysis
• Experience as a Senior Processor, Loan Partner, LOA, or Underwriter
• Solid knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA products
• Proficiency in Encompass, Calyx Point, or similar LOS platforms
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and perform independently without micromanagement
