We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. • Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• • 2+ years’ experience as a lead teacher within a childcare center.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirement
  • CDA Credential: A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from the Council for Professional Recognition is a common requirement.
  • Associate's Degree: An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is another option.
  • Technical Certificates/Diplomas: A Technical College Diploma (TCD) or Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development also meets the requirement.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree, especially in Early Childhood Education, is another acceptable qualification.
  • Other Credentials: In some cases, 25 quarter hours or 15 semester hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development may be accepted.
