Construction Project Coordinator

Job Description

Selectek is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager and deployment team. This role is responsible for maintaining document control, managing project databases, tracking project activities, and coordinating team communications to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and brings telecom industry experience-particularly in wireless and AT&T MCA workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of project administration experience, including 1+ year as a Telecom Project Coordinator in the wireless telecommunications industry
• High school diploma or equivalent (specialized training or education may substitute for experience)
• Strong background in data analytics and data entry
• AT&T MCA experience required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain accurate and organized project records/files

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain document control and manage project documentation across internal and client databases
• Track project activities and coordinate team communications
• Manage electronic project files, pull files, and upload documents as required
• Manage RFDS database and work closely with the team and customers to maintain accurate data
• Maintain project trackers and client tracking databases
• Attend daily/weekly deployment meetings
• Maintain full awareness of project status at all times

Pay: $31.25
Term: 6-month+ Temp - Long term (likely 2+ years)
