Join Our Team as an After School Soccer Instructor!
Super Soccer Stars is seeking passionate and energetic individuals to lead our after-school soccer programs for children in elementary school. As an After School Soccer Instructor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate young athletes while enhancing their soccer skills in a fun, engaging environment.
About UsWith over 22 years of experience, Super Soccer Stars is the largest youth soccer program in the U.S. We aim to promote physical activity, teamwork, and a love for the beautiful game among children of all ages. Our experienced coaches create positive, non-competitive experiences that foster skill development and personal growth.
The PositionAs an After School Soccer Instructor, you will work directly with children in grades K-5. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who love working with children and want to contribute to their development through sports. Your main responsibilities will include conducting soccer sessions, ensuring safety during activities, and having fun!
- Implement fun soccer training sessions (provided) for children
- Teach soccer fundamentals while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants
- Maintain equipment and support setup and cleanup before and after sessions
- Previous experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare capacity a plus, not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create an inclusive and motivating environment
- A desire to have (and teach) fun!
- Must be available for after-school hours, typically from 2 PM to 6 PM
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
