Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist who is confident on the phone, skilled at data entry and order processing, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools. In this role, you’ll support our sales team, assist customers, and help drive business growth—while enjoying competitive pay and company profit sharing.

• Answer inbound calls, address customer questions, and provide product information
• Process customer orders from start to finish with accuracy and timeliness
• Enter and maintain customer data in CRM and order management systems
• Collaborate with the sales team on lead follow-ups and closing opportunities
• Prepare reports and updates on customer interactions and sales activity
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Support administrative tasks and assist other departments as needed
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and market trends

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Proven experience in sales, sales support, or customer service roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM software
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
